The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate Toddler Teacher to join our Bethlehem, PA team. You will foster a safe, nurturing classroom where children learn through play and guided activities, using our engaging curriculum and characters.

Your role includes partnering with families to support each child’s growth and well-being.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience preferred or six months required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred or HS diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for toddlers.
• Implement the curriculum using engaging activities and age-appropriate materials.
• Build relationships with families and staff to support child development.
• Communicate with parents about children’s progress via phone, app, or meetings.

As a Toddler Teacher, you will:

• Be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
