Job summary

Leap Academy of Madison is seeking full-time Lead and Assistant Teachers for our Preschool and PreK classrooms. You will create a nurturing learning environment, support children's growth, and partner with families to celebrate progress.

Compensation is $16-$18 per hour, based on experience and education. Shifts are Mon-Fri, 7:30am-4:30pm or 8:00am-5:00pm, with growth opportunities and a commitment to a safe, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a licensed childcare center required.
• Level 3 or higher on WI Registry preferred.

Leap Academy of Madison is looking for full-time Lead and Assistant Teachers for our Preschool and PreK classrooms!

We are seeking energetic teachers with a passion for education and a love of children whose supportive hands desire to make a positive difference every day. You will quickly realize that we are more than just a daycare. We are a place where memories are made.
