Healthy Kids Programs in Fishkill, NY, is hiring a Subsidy Finance Coordinator to oversee childcare subsidy administration. This full-time, in-person role runs Monday through Friday from 8:30/9 to 5:30, with pay 20-22 USD per hour depending on experience.

You will manage registrations, renewals, and billing, work with families and caseworkers, and ensure accurate documentation while leveraging state subsidy systems to streamline enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the childcare subsidy program for Healthy Kids sites.
• Registering new sites to accept subsidies.
• Renewing and maintaining existing registrations.
• Billing agencies and reconciling payments from parents and agencies.
• Cultivate strong relationships with families through clear, responsive communication.
• Collaborate with caseworkers to ensure seamless processes.
• Utilize state subsidy systems like CCTA and Kinder Connect with proficiency.
• Maintain accurate, thorough documentation for each child receiving assistance.
• Demonstrate exceptional service and a commitment to making a positive impact
• Other duties as assigned
