Healthy Kids Programs in Fishkill, NY is seeking a Subsidy Finance Coordinator to oversee the childcare subsidy program across sites, register new locations, renew registrations, and handle billing and communications with families.

This full-time in-person role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and comfort with digital systems. You’ll collaborate with caseworkers and use subsidy systems like CCTA and Kinder Connect while maintaining thorough documentation.
