Job summary

City of Mason City is seeking helpers for the Before & After School program at Jefferson, Roosevelt, and Hoover elementary schools. Earn $11.00/hour and up, with 3-30 hours weekly, Monday-Friday, no weekends or holidays.

Assist with planning games, crafts, supervising groups of 10-30 children, setting up equipment, and ensuring safety and rule adherence. Must be 16+; shifts include early mornings and afternoons.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to plan, lead games and crafts.
• Supervise groups of children with a safety focus.
• Flexible schedule with Mon-Fri shifts.

What You'll Do:

• Help plan, organize, and lead games, crafts, and other activities.

• Work with groups of approximately 10-30 children.

Pay & Schedule:

• $11.00/hour and up, based on experience
• 3-30 hours per week available
• Flexible scheduling
• Monday-Friday-no weekends or holidays!
• Must be 16 years of age or older

Available Before & After School Shifts:

• Monday-Friday: 6:45-8:00 a.m.
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 2:45-5:30 p.m.
• Monday-Friday: 4:00-5:30 p.m.
• Wednesday: 1:30-5:30 p.m.
