Job summary

Learning Care Group in Raleigh, NC is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.

You will lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensure licensing guidelines and company standards are met, and build authentic relationships with families to support each child’s growth and joy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Call the shots on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:
