Job summary

Lifesteps, Inc. is seeking an early childhood care assistant to support children aged 3 to 5. You will help supervise activities, assist with lesson planning, and communicate daily progress to parents.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds without assistance
• Ability to provide acceptable state clearances
• Able to multi-task and work in a team environment.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or Human Services field
• Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or Human Services field, or a CDA
