Job summary

The Nest in Branford, Connecticut is seeking a prep cook for its progressive food program serving infants through kindergarten. We prepare mostly organic, local and whole foods daily, Monday through Friday on-site.

You will work with our Chef to prep snacks and lunches for three schools, communicate professionally, and help maintain a positive team environment. The role offers a part-time schedule with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of kitchen experience
• Energetic, team player
• Strong work ethic and integrity
• Strong knife skills
• Basic baking experience
• Serve Safe certification a plus

Required shift:
