Job summary

Playful Minds Learning Center LLC is seeking a Site Coordinator to manage daily operations, lead staff, and ensure high-quality classroom experiences for school-age children. This role collaborates with the Program Director to plan, teach, and improve program delivery.

You will oversee curriculum implementation, safety, licensing compliance, family engagement, and staff development, while maintaining strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a child-related field with 6 months of school-age experience.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in any field with 9 months of school-age experience.
• High school diploma with 12 months of school-age experience.
• Must be 20 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the philosophy of Playful Minds and be a positive representative of the organization.
• Establish and maintain high quality relationships with children and families.
• Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with other Playful Minds staff.
• Speak to children with respect at all times.
• Maintain a safe environment for children at all times.
• Follow licensing requirements including supervising ratios at all times.
• Attend required staff meetings and trainings.
• All staff are Mandated Reporters.
• Ensure health and safety of all children.
