Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Site Director to lead a team of teachers, ensure program quality, and maintain licensing and safety standards. You will partner with families to provide the best care and education, and collaborate with school and community stakeholders to support students.

Using our nationally recognized curriculum, you will create engaging classroom experiences, recruit and enroll new families, and build relationships with children, families, teachers, and district

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience with ability to develop and inspire a team.
• A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference daily.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff in a dynamic play and discovery environment.
• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, multitask and manage multiple situations.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Be physically able to lift 40 pounds and use a computer; work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create unique and engaging classroom experiences.
• Ensure your site is operating effectively; maintain licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• Partner with parents with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school and district leaders, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children in our sites.
