Job summary

Premier Early Childhood Education Partners seeks a Center Director to lead Little Hands Daycare and Learning Center in Windham, ME, overseeing operations, driving growth, and ensuring excellence in education administration. Qualifications

  • Proven experience in management within an educational or university setting with a focus on administration or leadership roles.
  • Strong background in strategic planning and budgeting to effectively allocate resources and meet organizational goals.
  • Demonstrated expertise in education administration, including curriculum oversight or teaching experience at the university level.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive organizational change.
  • Knowledge of university policies, accreditation processes, and compliance standards relevant to higher education institutions.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders including staff, students, faculty, and external partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; related field preferred
