Job summary

Early Learning Academies is seeking a dedicated Center Director to lead our team in Wilmington, NC. You will oversee daily operations, staff development, and ensure high-quality learning experiences for children.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's in ECE/Child Development or related field, plus a Level 3 Administrator Credential, with state licensing compliance knowledge and a passion for growth within early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development or related field.
• Level 3 Administrator Credential required.
• HS diploma or GED; 18+ years old.
• Experience teaching young children.
• Able to meet state and federal childcare licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Center team.
• Ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
• Support growth and development of staff.
• Promote internal career advancement opportunities.

Pay Range

$45,000—$60,000 USD

What It Takes to Join Us

• At least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED
• EDU 119 and 12+ hours of ECE coursework (or currently enrolled and working toward it)
• Experience teaching young children
• A love for teaching young children and supporting their growth
• Ability to meet all state and federal childcare licensing requirements
