Job summary

Excel Creative Early Learning is hiring a Lead Teacher for our Early Learning Academies in Wilmington, North Carolina. We seek passionate educators with a love for teaching young children and the ability to foster their growth in a supportive, family-like culture.

This full-time role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, including health insurance and a 401K. Ideal candidates will have completed EDU 119, possess a minimum of 12 hours in Early Childhood Education, and have at least 2 years of experience in a childcare center.

We are currently seeking a qualified Lead Teacher.

To qualify for this position, candidates must have completed EDU 119 along with a minimum of 12 additional semester hours of Early Childhood Education (ECE) classes. A degree in ECE, child development, or a related field is preferred. Additionally, candidates should have at least 2 years of experience working in a childcare center.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, and we appreciate candidates who have flexibility in their shifts!

Pay Range

$15.50 — $20 USD

What It Takes to Join Us
