Job summary

Excel Creative Early Learning, part of Early Learning Academies (ELA), is seeking a dedicated Center Director to lead our Wilmington team. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, and a Level 3 Administrator Credential.

You will oversee operations, staff development, and program quality in a caring, community-focused environment with a commitment to children's learning and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development or related field.
• Level 3 Administrator Credential required.
• Leadership experience in early childhood settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead center operations and staff development to ensure quality programming.
• Oversee program compliance, safety, and family engagement.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement community partnerships.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development or a related field, along with a Level 3 Administrator Credential. Previous leadership experience is also a requirement for this position.

Pay Range

$50,000 - $65,000 USD
