Karnak Creative Early Learning Center is seeking a dedicated Center Director to lead operations, ensure Michigan licensing compliance, and nurture strong relationships with educators and families. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, tours for families, and ongoing staff development.

With a focus on multitasking and delivering a positive school climate, the director will coordinate schedules, manage files, and uphold high standards of care and education for children.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred and Michigan licensing requirements
• Experience with childcare licensing and center management
• Ability to lead and engage families and staff

Responsibilities

• Manage licensing requirements diligently and ensure compliance in classrooms and files.
• Cultivate strong relationships with staff and families and foster trust.

Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience and education

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree preferred and previous CD experience; must meet all Michigan licensing requirements to be qualified as a Center Director

Schedule: Monday - Friday; hours will vary
