Karnak Creative Early Learning Center in Michigan seeks a passionate Center Director to lead a team of educators and warmly engage families. You will champion a positive, organized environment where staff and children thrive.

Responsibilities include maintaining licensing compliance, scheduling, conducting tours, and fostering trust with families. A Bachelor's degree and Michigan licensing qualifications (CD experience preferred) are required. Salary $65,000–$70,000 plus benefits.

Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience and education

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree preferred and previous CD experience; must meet all Michigan licensing requirements to be qualified as a Center Director

Schedule: Monday - Friday; hours will vary

• Manage all licensing requirements diligently, ensuring compliance in classrooms and school files.
• Cultivate strong relationships with staff and families, fostering trust and engagement.
• Conduct tours and engage with families warmly.
• Clear a background check.
• Conduct regular, timely reviews and classroom observations.
• Master the art of multitasking and time management.
