Kozy Kids Enrichment Center in Portland, OR seeks a Center Director who leads with care and decisiveness. The role emphasizes licensing compliance, staff development, and strong family relationships to create a welcoming environment for educators and families alike.

Educational requirements include a Bachelor's Degree (CD experience preferred) and eligibility under Oregon licensing rules. Schedule is Monday–Friday with variable hours, offering benefits and growth in a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and multitasking abilities to manage teachers, families, and licensing duties.

Responsibilities

• Manage all licensing requirements diligently in classrooms and school files.
• Cultivate strong relationships with staff and families to foster trust and engagement.
• Conduct tours and engage with families warmly.
• Clear a background check.
• Conduct regular, timely reviews and classroom observations.

Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and education

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree preferred and previous CD experience; must meet all Oregon licensing requirements to be qualified as a Center Director
