Job summary

South Coast Baptist College Childcare Centre in Perth invites a Diploma Qualified Educator to join our faith-based team. In this casual role you will nurture and educate young children, support holistic development, and contribute to a welcoming learning environment consistent with our Christian ethos.

You will work with staff and families, implement curriculum aligned with NQS and EYLF, document children's learning, and participate in ongoing professional practice.

Qualifications

• Approved ACECQA Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• HLTAID004 Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting.
• Qualified in child protection, approved by ECRU, with experience in education and care services and knowledge of National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework/Framework for School Age Care.
• Demonstrated experience in curriculum development, children's learning documentation, leadership skills, and knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach.
• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office, IT use, and knowledge of inclusion support processes, statutory regulations, and the Quality Improvement and Accreditation System (QIAS).
