Job summary

Mayfield Early Education Enoggera seeks a Casual Educator to join a warm, home-like childcare environment. You’ll support children with engaging, nature-inspired activities and work closely with families to nurture curiosity and development.

You’ll join a close-knit team at a renovated church space, with access to training, growth opportunities, and 24/7 well-being resources. A $2,000 probation bonus and childcare-fee reductions may apply.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in ECEC or ACECQA-equivalent required or in progress.
• WWCC/Blue Card required.
• Complete or willingness to complete Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety training.
• Familiarity with NQF, EYLF, and Child Safe Standards.
• Strong relationship-building with children, families, and colleagues.
• Full availability Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 6:30pm.

What do you need to be Successful?

• Working towards or hold a Certificate III in ECEC (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Hold a valid WWCC/Blue Card.
• Completed or willing to complete Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety training.
• Familiarity with NQF, EYLF, and Child Safe Standards.
• Genuine passion for early childhood education, with strong relationship-building skills with children, families, and colleagues.
• Full Availability Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 6:30pm
