Child Development Schools is seeking a dedicated Bus Driver to transport students safely to and from school and activities. You will work with Lead Teachers to support young learners through engaging activities and caring supervision.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships with families, maintaining safe transport, and contributing to a welcoming classroom environment. Requirements include a clean driving record, background check, and a genuine commitment to child safety.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a background check
• Genuine care for children and a commitment to safety
• Strong communication with families
• Physical ability to meet needs of working with young children
• Clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Provide on-time, safe and reliable transportation for Before/After School programs
• Engage with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time
• Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher
• Build relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication
• Assist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports
• Maintain a safe Bus environment
