POSITION: BILLING SPECIALIST

LOCATION: REMOTE - HOWEVER - The candidate for this position will reside in CT or the Cleveland, OH region

HOURS : 40-45 hours a week

PAY RANGE : $41,600 - $48,000 annually

Functions Of The Job

• Maintain the complete family records. Including contact information, billing rates, schedule, and enrollment dates
• Invoice families monthly based on tuition rates and schedules
• Collect family’s tuition on a weekly or monthly basis
• Complete any changes to the families records throughout the month. Including: schedule changes, add days, and withdraw dates
• Prorate tuitions and payment amounts based on changes that may have occurred.
  
  

Required Knowledge And Experience

• 1-3 years in billing or accounts receivable or customer service
