POSITION: BILLING SPECIALIST

LOCATION: REMOTE - HOWEVER - The candidate for this position will reside in CT or the Cleveland, OH region

HOURS: 40-45 hours a week

PAY RANGE: $41,600 - $48,000 annually

FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:

1. Maintain complete family records, including contact information, billing rates, schedules, and enrollment dates.
2. Invoice families monthly based on tuition rates and schedules.
3. Collect family tuition on a weekly or monthly basis.
4. Update family records throughout the month, including schedule changes, add days, and withdrawal dates.
5. Prorate tuitions and payment amounts based on changes that may have occurred.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

• 1-3 years in billing, accounts receivable, or customer service.
