You will help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing standards, interact with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time, and observe progress to share notes with the Lead Teacher and families.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Teacher in delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities for the classroom
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements
• Engage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time
• Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher
• Build relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication
• Assist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports
