Job summary

You will support the Lead Teacher and nurture curiosity, kindness, and growth in young learners. Daily tasks include delivering age-appropriate activities, maintaining a safe, clean classroom, engaging with children and families, and assisting with attendance and daily reports.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Teacher in delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities for the School Age and Preschool classroom
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements
• Engage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time
• Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher
• Build relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication
• Assist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports
