You will support young learners alongside the Lead Teacher, encouraging curiosity, confidence, kindness, and growth through hands-on activities and storytelling. • Support classroom documentation such as attendance and reports.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements.
• Engage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time; observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher.
• Build relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication.
• Assist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports.
