Child Development Schools is seeking an Assistant Teacher to support a warm, welcoming classroom where children feel safe and inspired to explore. You will work with the Lead Teacher to deliver engaging activities and help manage daily routines in a nurturing environment.

You will build strong relationships with families, observe child development, and contribute to documentation and classroom organization. Growth opportunities and ongoing professional development are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood education preferred.
• Ability to follow safety and licensing requirements.
• Strong communication with families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Teacher in delivering age-appropriate activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom.
• Engage with children during activities, meals, and outdoor time.
• Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher.
• Build relationships with families through daily communication.
• Assist with attendance and daily reporting.
