Premier Early Childhood Education Partners in Memphis, TN is seeking a dynamic assistant director who can lead, mentor, and support both educators and families. The role emphasizes relationship-building, tours for families, and creating a joyful, organized environment.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $17.00–$19.00, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off. This in-person position supports a thriving early childhood program with a focus on wellbeing and continuous learning.

Competenze

• CDA or AA or higher in Early Childhood or related field
• Assistant director experience (preferred)
