Purcellville Children's Academy is seeking an Assistant Director to lead with care and keep our classrooms running smoothly. You will oversee licensing, support teachers, and warmly engage families to nurture a welcoming, joyful learning environment.

Applicants must have a CDA or higher, strong multitasking abilities, and a commitment to ongoing professional growth. The role includes conducting tours, supervising staff, and performing classroom observations to uphold high standards.

Compensation: $22 - $24 per hour, based on experience and education

Shift: Monday - Friday - schedule will vary - MUST be flexible

Educational Requirements: MUST have a CDA or higher
