Job summary

Kids Learning Academy in Cleveland, OH is seeking a passionate Childcare Administrator to lead our growing team. This role focuses on running daily operations, ensuring safety and compliance, and supporting families in the community.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a childcare administrative role, knowledge of Ohio licensing, and strong organizational and leadership skills. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily childcare center operations to ensure a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment
• Manage staff scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations
• Maintain accurate child enrollment records, attendance, and developmental documentation
• Communicate with parents and guardians regarding policies, programs, and child progress
• Ensure compliance with Ohio childcare licensing regulations and state health and safety standards
• Coordinate curriculum planning and educational programming with teaching staff
• Manage center budgets, billing, and tuition processing
