Kaleida Health is seeking an Education Coordinator to develop, coordinate and evaluate training programs for nursing staff and allied professionals. Responsibilities include planning, facilitating and assessing education across Kaleida Health facilities.
The role focuses on maternity and direct patient care education with collaboration across departments. Required qualifications include an Associate's degree in Nursing, RN licensure and BLS; Neonatal Resuscitation, Childbirth Education, and CLC
Responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating, facilitating, implementing and evaluating educational programs for professionals and paraprofessionals who provide direct patient care and/or are involved in patient-related activities. Participates in education related to system-wide activities and clinical programs throughout Kaleida Health. Consults and makes recommendations related to educational needs, competencies, and activities to other departments.
