Job summary

HCRS (Health Care & Rehabilitation Services of Southeastern Vermont) is seeking a compassionate individual to provide community support services to children in Hartford, Vermont. You'll be responsible for implementing interventions, interacting with families, and maintaining client records.

Candidates should have two years of related experience or training, alongside strong knowledge of child development and effective communication skills. This position offers a pay range of $20.00-$22.28 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least two years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of behavior management and procedures for maintaining confidentiality are desirable.
• Ability to solve problems and know when to seek help.

Responsibilities

• Implement individual and group interventions and activities within home/community settings.
• Interact with clients, families, and team members to improve communication.
• Maintain clear and appropriate boundaries with families.
• Provide transportation for the client as necessary with signed consents.
• Write and keep client records updated in a timely manner.
