Job summary

Obsolete Site is seeking a Team Leader for our Child and Youth Services program in Fort Stewart, GA. You will supervise staff delivering developmentally appropriate activities for ages 6 weeks to 18 years, ensuring safe, engaging, and educational programming.

You will coordinate lesson plans, supervise health and safety practices, and ensure compliance with DoD child development standards. Evening/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
• Background checks, immunization and health requirements may apply.
• Proof of education is required; degrees must be related to the position.

Responsibilities

• Lead program staff to ensure developmentally appropriate care for children aged 6 weeks to 18 years.
• Promote social, emotional, physical and cognitive growth in the program.
• Instruct staff with tasks, provide written instructions and resources.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all activities.
