Job summary

Auberle in Mt. Oliver, PA, is seeking an Experienced Child & Youth Development Specialist - Supervisor to lead and supervise staff at the Family Healing Center. This full-time role focuses on creating a safe, developmentally appropriate environment for children and youth.

The position requires Act 33/34 and FBI clearances, a PA driver’s license, and collaboration with families, clinicians, and leadership. Travel up to 25% with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances required.
• Valid PA driver's license, vehicle, registration, and proof of insurance.
• Provide supervision and guidance to child and youth development staff to ensure a safe, structured environment.
• Oversee planning and implementation of daily activities that support children’s social, emotional, and developmental needs.
• Ensure consistent routines, supervision standards and child safety practices are followed.
