Job summary

Mental Health Cooperative in Nashville, TN seeks a Crisis Supervisor to provide direct leadership to the Mobile Crisis Response Team and perform Crisis Counselor duties. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, 37.5 hours per week.

You will train staff, guide crisis dispositions, and collaborate with community partners to improve crisis outcomes. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in a related field and has substantial supervisory and crisis services experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, sociology or social work.
• Two years of supervisory experience in a mental health setting.
• At least two years’ experience in crisis services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Mobile Crisis Response Team and oversee crisis counselor duties.
• Ensure staff are trained on current policies and best practices.
• Provide clinical supervision to Crisis Counselors and Triage Counselors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community agencies and stakeholders.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and coverage for MCRT shifts.
