Job summary

Ridgeview, a not-for-profit community mental health center in Oak Ridge, TN, has an immediate opening for a licensed Mobile Crisis Director to lead the Mobile Crisis Team weekdays, with negotiable start (8am–11am) and end times (4pm–7pm). The role oversees crisis assessments, coordinates with law enforcement, hospitals, and community resources, and guides Master’s level clinicians and crisis line staff.

Requires a Master’s in social work or counseling and Tennessee licensure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related mental health field.
• Current LCSW or LPC-MHSP license and MPA eligibility.
• Experience in crisis services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Mobile Crisis Team and oversee staff development.
• Coordinate linkages with law enforcement, hospital ERs, and community resources.
• Represent Ridgeview on internal management committees and with managed care organizations.
