Job summary

Child & Family Support Services, Inc. is seeking a Case Aide to support families reunifying with their children in collaboration with the Arizona Department of Child Safety. This role focuses on arranging visitations, fostering family relations, and providing parenting support.

No experience is required, and paid training starts from day one. The position offers opportunities to grow within the organization and requires afternoon, evening, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Arizona Driver's Licence with an acceptable 39 month driving record.
• Reliable transportation, including proof of Insurance and Arizona Registration.
• Candidates are required to submit a negative drug test.
• Obtain an Arizona DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Complete a DCS Central Registry Check Report of Child Abuse and Neglect.
• Complete Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and First Aid training.

Responsibilities

• Arranging, transporting and supervising visitations between the children placed in out of home care.
• Foster positive family relations.
• Provide support in developing helpful parenting skills.
• Providing education for parents on how to access emergency assistance, support, and community resources.
• Assisting families with goal setting, planning, and other activities related to home management tasks.
• Documenting all services appropriately.
• Performing other duties related to the position.
• This position requires afternoon, evening, and weekend work.
