Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field required.
• Three to five years of progressive experience in social services required.
• State licensing/certification as required by IL DCFS required.
• CWEL License required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized training and feedback to assigned staff.
• Review and evaluate assigned staff performance.
• Ensure productivity requirements are met by staff.
• Supervise staff delivering CCS program services.
• Compile and submit required data, reports, and documentation accurately.
