Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of direct service professionals.
• Provide regular supervision, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Facilitate team meetings, case planning, and progress reviews.
• Coordinate services such as counseling, crisis intervention, and support programs.
• Attend court hearings and participate in case reviews as needed.
• Promote diversity, inclusion, and equity in daily operations.
