Job summary

The Florida Department of Children and Families seeks a CHILD PROTECTIVE FIELD SUPPORT ANALYST to coordinate investigations, review FSFN records, and assist CPI/CPIS through the assessment process. The role supports two CPI units and reports to the Family Safety Program Office to ensure quality in practice and training.

Primary duties include coordinating referrals, conducting record reviews, and facilitating collaboration with partners to ensure timely information collection and safety

Qualifications

• Ability to think critically through investigations and make informed judgments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate in collaboration with the CPI Supervisor to ensure investigations progress effectively.
• Review FSFN and Law Enforcement records for each case.
• Request and review school, medical, and prior provider records as needed.
• Perform in-depth interpretation of records to support assessment decisions.
• Flag high-risk cases and coordinate related investigative activities.
