Qualifications

• Six months of experience as County Caseworker 1.
• Completion of County Social Casework Intern program.
• Bachelor's degree with a social welfare major.
• Bachelor's degree plus 12 college credits in sociology/social welfare/psychology and one year of professional social casework experience.
• Any equivalent combination including 12 college credits in related social sciences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service plans that support safety and development of children.
• Coordinate placement options promoting secure and timely permanence.
• Conduct assessments to determine safety and well-being of children.
• Team with community programs to assist families in addressing concerns.
• Track family progress and adjust services for ongoing improvement.
