Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of social and case management services to support children, youth, and families
• Gather essential background information to inform service plans
• Counsel clients and their families to improve overall functioning
• Coordinate available supports to promote emotional and physical adjustment
• Complete required training under supervision during probation and attend classroom/field instruction
