Job summary

Child & Family Support Services (CFSS) is accepting applications for Full-time Case Aides in Yavapai County. No experience needed with paid training starting from day one. The Case Aide will support families reunifying with their children in collaboration with the AZ Department of Child Safety.

Expect afternoon/evening/weekend shifts. Compensation is $17.50 per hour with full benefits including health, dental, vision, life and disability, 401(k) match, paid time off, holidays and mileage

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid Arizona Driver's License with an acceptable 39 month driving record.
• Reliable transportation, including proof of Insurance and Arizona Registration.
• Candidates are required to submit a negative drug test.
• Obtain an Arizona DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Complete a DCS Central Registry Check Report of Child Abuse and Neglect.
• Complete Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and First Aid training.

Responsibilities

• Arranging, transporting and supervising visitations between the children placed in out of home care.
• Fostering positive family relations.
• Providing support in developing helpful parenting skills.
• Providing education for parents on how to access emergency assistance, support, and community resources.
• Assisting families with goal setting, planning, and other activities related to home management tasks.
• Documenting all services appropriately.
• Performing other duties related to the position.
