Job summary

Arizona Baptist Children's Services (ABCS) seeks a Part-time Case Aide to support families involved with the DCS system. You will build relationships with 2-4 families, supervise visits between children and parents, and assist with housing, food pantry and spiritual support as opportunities arise.

Shifts typically start between 2:00–3:00 pm on weekdays and require one weekend day. A high school diploma is required, good written reports for court documentation, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Strong communication in person and via technology.
• Ability to write clear, objective reports for court documentation.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with 2–4 families and encourage them.
• Supervise visits between child and parent and document interactions.
• Transport children to and from visits.
• Provide housing resources and pantry support, plus spiritual encouragement as opportunities arise.
• Ensure visits follow safety guidelines and are enjoyable for all.
