Job summary

Countryside YMCA is seeking a Part Time Child Watch Supervisor in Maineville, OH. You will guide and train Child Watch staff, uphold safety standards and manage sign-in procedures to ensure a positive experience for children and parents.

Ideal candidates are at least 18 with a high school diploma, CPR/First Aid/AED certification, and a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings. Prior child-care experience is preferred and professionalism is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience with children is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification at hire or ability to certify soon after hire.
• Positive, professional attitude aligned with YMCA mission.

Responsibilities

• Establishes a safe, healthy environment in the Child Watch area.
• Assists in hiring, scheduling and training of Childwatch Attendants.
• Oversees sign-in/out procedures and maintains cleanliness.
• Communicates with children and parents at development level.
• Handles member complaints and maintains safety standards.
