YMCA of Greater Montgomery is seeking a dedicated Child Watch Attendant for the Wetumpka location. The role focuses on supervising children, ensuring safety, and delivering engaging activities for infants through school-age children.

You will work with families, follow YMCA policies, and support a welcoming environment, with opportunities for professional development and involvement in youth programs.

Formación

• Previous experience working with children or youth programs.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Comfortable working with multiple age groups: infants to school-age.

Responsabilidades

• Provides active supervision of children in the YMCA Child Watch / Kids Zone program.
• Creates a welcoming and engaging environment for children and families.
• Greets children and guardians and helps with transitions into activities.
• Plans age-appropriate games, crafts, and movement activities.
• Maintains attendance records and communicates with parents about their child’s experience.
