Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Driver to safely transport staff and children to and from school, field trips, and other locations. You will support center operations while upholding safety regulations and communication with the Center Director.

The role requires a valid driver's license, 21+ age, CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Flexibility in hours and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Current driver's license with no more than three moving violations in the past three years
• At least 21 years of age and able to drive center vehicles
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Able to work flexible hours and assignments
• Good verbal, listening, and written communication skills
• At least two years of experience transporting children preferred
• The ability to lift up to 40 pounds is strongly desired
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English

Responsibilities

• Safely transporting staff and children to and from school, field trips, and other locations
• Complying with KinderCare and governmental regulations regarding child care
• Keeping the Center Director informed of information regarding child care and safety
• Assisting with other daily center duties as needed
• Transporting center vehicle for servicing and inspections
• Attending staff meetings, center events, and parent/customer meetings
