Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in innovative initiatives designed to specifically engage children and families in care and treatments.
• Collaborate with Acenda team members to implement evidence-based services including TF-CBT, PCIT, PMT, MI, etc.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Must have strong clinical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to motivate and engage your team as well as be an effective leader across the agency.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, use of an insured vehicle and an acceptable driving record.
• Professionalism and a commitment to excellence in care.

Additional Information:

• Salary: $50,000-$55,000 depending on licensure.
• $500 Sign-on Bonus.
• Bilingual Rate: An additional $3,120 added to salary if proficient in Spanish.
