Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Therapist for Childhelp, Alice C. Tyler Village in Lignum, Virginia. The role involves providing individual, group, and family therapy to a caseload of 8–10 clients within a nurturing, residential setting on a 270-acre farm.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work from an accredited program or a related mental health field.
• Licensed by the State of Virginia as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC OR Licensed as a Resident in Counseling (RIC) or SiSW.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group and family therapy with clients (8–10) on your caseload.
• Develop and implement Client Treatment Plans and attend related meetings.
• Complete assessments, reports, and documents required by county and state.
• Conduct 1–3 therapy groups weekly to support client growth.
