Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Audit tasks completed by agents for productivity, quality and timeliness.
• Provide orientation and training to new agents and ongoing staff training.
• Evaluate performance of agents and approve leave; monitor work quality and quantity.
• Provide information to organizations requesting child support services data.
• Assist division director with interviewing, planning and budgeting for the unit.
• Cover caseloads for vacant positions as needed.
• Supervise agents locating absent parents and enforcing orders.
