Responsibilities

• Register child support applications, validate locations and establish paternity.
• Coordinate child support activities with legal, judicial and public organizations.
• Establish child support obligations and ensure they are met.
• Communicate with clients via telephone, email, and direct contact to ensure obligations are met.
• Manage a caseload to meet the Same Day Service Standard of Operating Procedure.
